FROM May 26 to June 4, the Kuala Lumpur International Motorshow 2006 (KLIMS 2006) marked another milestone as the biggest motorshow in the region. Over the 10 days, visitors were enthralled by 33,000 square metres of display, showcasing the best from Bridgestone, Chery & Geely, Clarion, Daihatsu, DaimlerChrysler, DRB-Hicom, Edaran Tan Chong, Ford, Hino, Honda, Hyumal Motor, Kenwood, Kosmo Motor, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Mutiara Motor, Naza, Oriental Hyundai, Panasonic, Perodua, Peugeot, Proton, Renault, Skoda, Stamford Tyres, UMW Toyota, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Volvo, YHI and AAM.

A wonder on Wheels pavilion was a special treat where luxury and rare cars were placed under the spotlight. These highlights include the Bentley, BMW Hamann, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani Zonda, Porsche and many more.

Other than being blown away by the world's most awe-inspiring automotive marquees, visitors experienced the high adrenaline rush of exciting activities and amazing prizes just waiting to be won. Some of the activities and contests organized include the Volvo Safety Discovery Zone, DaimlerChrysler Mobilekids, Safe Drive programme, KLIMS 2006 Amazing Lelong, Airbrush Demonstration, stage entertainment and more.
