Dear valued members,

AAM has always been dedicated to serve our members well through our principles of quality service and good intentions, consistent with the needs of our members and motoring community.

Over the past 75 years, it has always been our pledge to deliver first class service to the members throughout the country. Today, as we embark on a new era of fast changing and challenging environment, AAM will always strive to be your No. 1 Motoring Friend. Since the last decade or more, the cost to serve our members has increased significantly. The rise in fuel prices, vehicle maintenance, toll charges and human capital continue to escalate to such extent that made it essential for us to revise the subscription of our membership nominally to ensure continuation of quality service.

The new subscriptions are effective commencing 1st of July 2007:

To provide better services, AAM will invest heavily in our IT upgrade, Call Center facilities, Breakdown Rescue and Equipment so as to enhance our Membership Services.

We will also rationalize our product features and service procedures to ensure members are accorded their rightful benefits and to reduce abuse. These changes will also commence on 1st July 2007:
