| AAM Rates for

| AAM Rates for Towing Services provided to AAM Authorized
Vehicles immobilized for any reason whatsoever, including
accidents: |

Definitions:
“Day” – 07.01am to 12.00pm
“Night” – 00.01am to 07.00am.
“Major Towns” – i.e. Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh,
Seremban, Malacca, Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu, Alor Setar, Kota
Bharu and Kuching.
“All Other Areas” – Others Towns in Malaysia, which are not
categorised Under “Major Towns”.
“Highlands” – Highland resorts such as Fraser’s Hill, Genting
Highlands and Cameron Highlands.
“FBZ” – the Free Breakdown Zones
“OFBZ” – the Out Free Breakdown Zones
“Call Charge” – the charge, which the Workshop shall be entitled
to charge the AAM Member or Relevant Party for responding
to a request and sending a Towing Vehicle to the location of the
immobilized AAM Authorized Vehicle, regardless of whether the
offer of Towing Services is subsequently accepted or rejected by the
AAM Member or Relevant Party. The time at which the Workshop
receives the request determines Day or Night for purposes of
calculating the rates to be charged. |
