Terms & Condition

• Hotel/resort reservations and payment are to be made only at AAM offices.
• Discounts will be given only upon presentation of a valid membership card when making payment.
• The facility is strictly of members only unless otherwise consented by the hotel/resort concerned.
• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5 % government tax (on the discounted rates).
• The Hotel/Resort have right to charge cancellation fees for no-shows or for any other conditions as stated when making room reservation.
• Normal check in time is at 2.00 p.m. and check out is 12.00 noon.
• Discounts are not applicable for any special promotional programs held by the Hotel and valid for both AAM & AAS member unless otherwise specified.
• AAM requires 3 working days prior to check in.
• Mode of payment is cash only.
• Payment by credit card charge 3% .
