INSURANCE MANAGER
(Insurance Department, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for the growth and development of Insurance Business;
- To conduct regular insurance training and workshop sessions for staff;
- Analyse, strategise / plan and monitor on the implementation of the strategies / action;
- To be proactive in the future of the business by soliciting new accounts and upgrade existing ones;
- Develops effective long-term relationships with corporate clients and insurance underwriters.
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess a tertiary level or professional in Insurance.
- At least 5 years’ proven work experience in senior management positions.
- Innovative, resourceful, competent and decisive.
- Pragmatic planner and capable team-player.
- Energetic and highly-motivated with strong leadership qualities and business sense.
- Excellent communications skill and professionalism
JUNIOR MARKETING OFFICER
(Marketing Department, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)
- Assisting Marketing Manager in planning, implementing and monitoring overall marketing and promotion activities for new recruitment.
- Opening new account for long term and periodical joint promotions with corporate bodies e.g. credit card centers, financial institutions and car manufactures/distributors.
- Service, monitor and follow-up on the existing and successful accounts.
- Plan, implement and monitor new projects, campaign and public relations activities for the department.
- Liaise with advertising house on designing the marketing and promotional printed materials up to final stage for marketing and public relations activities related to the department.
- Monitor overall sales performance/ progress followed by sales report.
- Supervise, motivate and monitor subordinates work performance.
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable monthly report as requested by Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in Marketing or Sales field.
- Computer literate and good command of English is a must
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Pleasant personality, able to work independently, strong interpersonal skills with leadership traits and strong analytical skills

CUSTOMER SERVICES
(Member Relation Unit, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)
- Handling calls pertaining to member relations
- Ensure all inbound calls pertaining to inquiries and complaints are answered accordingly and recorded
- Making outbound calls to members for inquiries and complaints
- Record and updates membership database by telephone, letters, e-mails and fax
- Distributing AAM Drive Magazine, replacement and duplicating of membership cards, sending application and renewal forms upon request by members
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by immediate Superior
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
MARKETING COORDINATORS
[AAM Jalan Semarak (KL), AAM Subang (SEL) and AAM Ipoh (PER)]
- To process daily counter transactions of AAM Membership, Insurance and other related matters
- Arrangement of car rentals, hotel accommodations and flight booking for AAM Travel and racing license for AAM Motorsports Sdn Bhd
- Involves in recruitment drive programmes at shopping malls, offices, exhibitions, etc
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by Manager/ Officer-In-Charge
- Handling postage and other clerical matters
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in counter service
- Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
INSURANCE ASSISTANTS
(Insurance Department, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)
- Compiles records of insurance policies covering risks to motor vehicles and travel insurance, processes insurance claims forms.
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by Manager
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM.
- At least 1 year of working experience in insurance field especially insurance premium calculation
- Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
MEMBERSHIP ASSISTANTS
(Membership Department, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)
- Compiles, classifies, records, verifies and maintains AAM Membership database
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by Manager
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in data-entry
- Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
STORE ASSISTANT
[Technical Department, Jalan Semarak (KL)]
- Assisting Storekeeper in running daily store operation
- To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by Storekeeper
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in store operation
- Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
