CUSTOMER SERVICES

(Member Relation Unit, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities: -

  • Handling calls pertaining to member relations
  • Ensure all inbound calls pertaining to inquiries and complaints are answered accordingly and recorded
  • Making outbound calls to members for inquiries and complaints
  • Record and updates membership database by telephone, letters, e-mails and fax
  • Distributing AAM Drive Magazine, replacement and duplicating of membership cards, sending application and renewal forms upon request by members
  • To prepare an accurate, timely and reliable daily transactions and monthly report as requested by immediate Superior

Requirements: -

  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.

IT TECHNICIAN

(IT Department, Head Office, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities: -

  • Provide and handle user & technical support,helpdesk services, as well as maintenance and troubleshoot any software product and services related problem to users.
  • Perform installation,configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, servers and printers,configuration and support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and related services.
  • Responsible for system setup and installation as well as system upgrading.
  • Manage and monitor IT inventory.
  • Assist Network Administrator to support of office local and wide-area network infrastructure.
  • Assist System Administrator to perform periodic capacity planning and monitoring the performance and security of systems, equipment and facilities and perform backups.
  • Assist other IT personnel in implementation of new systems and projects.
  • Prepare the necessary report on a timely basis to Head of Department.

Requirements: -

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
  • Required skills: Windows 2000, Window XP, Ms Office, Server Installation and PC troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable in Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in other operating system, application, software, backup/recovery operation and Microsoft Active Directory will be an advantage.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong analytical,problem-solving skill,independent and proactive working attitude.
  • Possess self-initiative, willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel as and when required.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
